IFS Intensives

Sometimes, an hour a week doesn’t feel like enough. Whether you’re an individual wanting to go deeper than a shorter session allows or you’re part of a couple wanting to work through a big issue, an IFS intensive can give you the time and space to make real progress.

You might like IFS Intensives if…

  • You want to do a deep dive on a topic, and you know that you can’t get through it a shorter session. IFS Intensives make it easier to complete a full piece of work or an unburdening.

  • You need to work through a hard conversation with your partner and don’t want to risk running out of time in a couples’ session.

  • Scheduling weekly sessions is hard, and it’s easier to block off a chunk of time, so you can really focus.

  • You’re hoping to make progress quickly. Intensives can be more efficient because there’s less time spent settling in and wrapping up, among other benefits.

  • You love IFS, and you want to give your system a treat. At the very least, you should know that IFS works well for you. If IFS isn’t your jam, this will not be a good fit for your needs.
