Who I Work With
I work with individuals who feel stuck. Many of my clients have experienced developmental/complex trauma or currently struggle with difficult family members, and they’re willing to do deep work to heal deep wounds. Together, we explore their inner worlds to help them make big life changes.
Clients who enjoy working with me include:
People who are excited about IFS
People who struggle with difficult family members or narcissistic abuse
Entrepreneurs, founders, and executives who value personal development
Stepparents and others navigating blended family dynamics
HSPs, people who identify as sensitive or intuitive, empaths, and therapists
People who value spirituality or psychedelics for healing work

Common Concerns
At the end of the day, therapy helps us change and feel better. Some of the common concerns I help clients with include:
Finding clarity to make big decisions
Feeling confident and calm enough to have hard conversations
Setting boundaries/getting needs met (self-care for recovering people pleasers)
Getting more of what they want out of relationships or learning how to handle difficult people in their lives
Reducing anxiety and learning to handle big emotions
A desire to do deep work on longstanding issues or to explore spiritual and existential topics
