Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT)
Ketamine-assisted therapy (KAT) is a unique blend of medicine and mystery. It combines targeted therapy with the psychedelic and medicinal effects of ketamine, which has been safely used as an anesthetic since 1970. Research shows that this combination can help people who feel stuck or people who’ve tried traditional therapy and/or medication with little success.
I believe that KAT can enhance and accelerate your personal growth and healing, so I offer KAT sessions via oral lozenges (troches) or intramuscular injection (IM) in partnership with Illumma. My packages include preparation, KAT, and integration sessions.
If you’re curious about ketamine-assisted therapy, please reach out to schedule a free 30-minute consult, so we can talk about working together.

How it works - Oral Lozenges
If you’re interested in ketamine-assisted therapy via oral lozenges, you’ll need to complete 1-4 preparation sessions to make sure you’re ready for the KAT experience. You’ll also need to receive medical clearance from Illumma, after which you’ll pick up your troche(s) from a compounding pharmacy.
Once you’re prepared, I typically recommend 3-6 KAT sessions, though this may vary depending on your needs. Clients who are already experienced with ketamine may need only a single session to help them move through a challenges issue. To make the most of your experience, you’ll also want to schedule integration sessions after each KAT session.

If you’re curious about the difference between oral lozenges and IM injections, I’m happy to discuss this during our consultation, so we can figure out what might work best for you.

Preparation sessions are held either in-person at my office or virtually. We’ll discuss your intentions, set expectations about the experience, and review safety protocols, among other things. If you’re an existing client, you may only need 1-2 sessions to prepare. New clients, however, will likely need 3-4 sessions to prepare and to establish a sense of safety and connection before moving into their KAT sessions. Each 50-minute preparation session costs $140. There is also a one-time $125 administration fee for all KAT clients, which is described in more detail in your informed consent.
Note: Illumma charges a separate $250 fee for their required medical consultation. This is paid directly to Illumma.

KAT sessions using oral lozenges last for about 2.5 hours and are held at my office. Throughout your experience, I will be there to guide you and provide therapeutic support. These sessions costs $425.

Ketamine-assisted therapy packages are an investment, so I want to make sure you get as much as possible out of your experience. To that end, I recommend we schedule an integration session after each KAT session. Ideally, we’ll schedule this within 2-3 days of your KAT session because your brain will be more open to change during this period. Many people find they can make great leaps in therapy if they take advantage of this unique window of openness. Each 50-minute integration session costs $140. How it works - IM Injections
